Adult Volunteers from the Community:

CCPY adult community mentors make a significant time investment in the future of young people. The rewards are as great as the commitment. If you are ready to Step-Up for your community, there are youth who needs your support. Be a partner in unleashing the potential of our youth to create futures without limits!

Donations of Goods and Services Your donation of in-kind goods or services to CCPY can make a big difference.

Among items we typically need are:

  • Your Time as a community mentor or volunteer! In addition to mentors and activity volunteers, we can utilize writers, editors, accountants, admin, cooks, Facebook/linked-in designers and many other hands on skills.
  • Balloons and helium tanks for Graduation, Welcome Home, and other events
  • Office supplies: file folders, photocopy paper, colored paper, sticky name tags, clear plastic pin-backed name-badge covers, etc.
  • Embroidered or silk-screened sweaters, shirts and sweatshirts for each year's course. The youths' personal association and identity with CCPY is enhanced by wearing their distinctive CCPY T-shirt to school and group events
  • 2 for 1 meal coupons/gift certificates
  • Frequent Flier Miles
  • Vehicle loaners or rentals
  • Bus transportation for youth and coaches (50-60 people and luggage) to and from Camp Retreat Course, and for one weekend event each month.
  • Copying services for forms, promotional materials, etc.
  • Floral services: Bouquets and youth corsages for Graduation and Welcome Home events; monthly flower arrangements for volunteer recognition and thank-you gifts
  • Professional services - such as videotaping or printing services.
